Start from the existing packet
Provide the completed job ID rather than starting another scan. Ask for the full packet when the summary omits detail needed for planning. Evidence URLs are leads to verify, not automatic citations for every nearby claim.
Use the completed SEO Researcher job [job ID] to create a brief for
[audience] considering [decision]. Our page type is [type], our offer
is [offer], and our distinctive evidence is [evidence we actually have].
Preserve these instructions: [requirements]. Do not create another job.
Include reader intent, one defensible angle, a useful section plan,
questions to answer, relevant entities, evidence needed per section,
internal-link candidates, and a clear next action for the reader.
Label assumptions and unsupported claims. Do not draft the article.
Make the brief usable
| Brief element | What the writer needs |
|---|---|
| Reader & intent | Who needs the page and what decision it resolves |
| Angle | A contribution beyond summarizing the current results |
| Section plan | Reader questions in a logical order, not every competitor heading |
| Evidence plan | Claim, source, direct support, date, limitations, and missing first-party material |
| Entity coverage | Concepts needed to explain the subject accurately, not a repetition quota |
| Conversion path | A relevant next action that follows the reader’s goal |
Prioritize, then remove
Classify topics as essential, supporting, or irrelevant for this page. A topic appearing on many ranking pages is a relevance signal, not an instruction to add it. A competitor omission becomes a useful gap only if readers need it and you can answer it credibly.
Assign each section a purpose and evidence requirement. If two sections solve the same reader problem, combine them. Prefer a coherent page over an outline padded with FAQs, repeated definitions, and paraphrased competitor headings.
When the research conflicts with explicit brand requirements, expose the conflict. Do not silently discard product facts, audience choices, or editorial restrictions.
Next: write with evidence.
